Disciples Women's Fellowship

 

The purpose of Disciples Women/Christian Women's Fellowship is to provide opportunities for spiritual growth, enrichment, education, and creative ministries to enable women to develop a sense of personal responsibility for the whole mission of the church of Jesus Christ. They accomplish this through study and worship at meetings as well as service projects in the church and community.   

 

We have a morning group that meets the first Wednesday of every month at 10 a.m. and an evening group that meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Their activities include:

• Annual Garage Sale in July

• Apple Pie Making & Sales in September & October

• Supplying paper products for People Helping Christmas Baskets

• Adopt a Family through PHP at Christmas

• Cherry Pie making and sales in February

• Providing clothing needs to Republic School Nurses

• Providing Bereavement Dinners              

• Outreach contributions to church and local charities

• Meals On Wings
